We are currently hiring a Virtual Assistant for a remote part-time job in Nigeria.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our daily business operations. This remote Virtual Assistant job in Nigeria offers an opportunity to work closely with the founder and operations team while helping to manage administrative and operational tasks.

The successful candidate will organise schedules, manage digital communications, support online communities, perform data entry, and provide excellent customer support. If you enjoy working remotely and have strong organisational skills, this role could be an excellent fit.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the company’s daily operations and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. This remote position is ideal for professionals who are organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently. You should be able to manage multiple responsibilities, communicate effectively with team members, and maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting deadlines. Experience with online collaboration tools and digital communication platforms will help you succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage administrative and operational tasks to support the business.

Assist with social media management and community engagement across digital platforms.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain organised records.

Respond to customer enquiries professionally and promptly.

You will support the founder and operations team with day-to-day activities.

You will help maintain efficient workflows and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Requirements

Applicants should have excellent organisational and time management skills. In addition, you should communicate clearly in written English and work confidently with productivity and collaboration tools.

Moreover, previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative support role will be an advantage. Above all, you should be able to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Salary

₦300,000 – ₦400,000 per month.
