Role Overview

Odurinde eLearning is seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales & Growth Associate to help introduce our technology courses to students, young professionals, and individuals interested in transitioning into tech careers.

This is a paid opportunity designed for recent graduates, undergraduates, or early-career professionals who want practical experience in sales, marketing, and the growing EdTech industry.

In this role, you will interact with prospective learners both online and in person, helping them understand how Odurinde eLearning can support their journey into technology and digital skills.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales & Growth Associate, your duties will include:

• Promoting Odurinde eLearning courses to students, graduates, and career switchers
• Engaging potential learners through campus outreach, community engagement, events, and digital platforms
• Explaining course benefits, learning paths, and potential career opportunities in tech
• Assisting new learners with the onboarding process and responding to basic enquiries
• Supporting marketing and promotional campaigns aimed at increasing course awareness
• Gathering feedback from prospects and students to help improve course offerings and outreach strategies
