So, today we shall discuss Fruits & Vegetables. Yep!

Fruits & Vegetables:
Foods like fruits and vegetables are packed full of nutrients called antioxidants. Antioxidants consists of vitamins, minerals and enzymes that have health enhancing effects on our bodies. The key to receiving the most benefits is to eat a variety of fruits and vegetables as different fruits and vegetables provide different nutrients for the body.

For example fruits like carrots, mangoes, oranges, tangerines etc provide beta-carotene and vitamin C which in turn provides collagen (Collagen provides support and elasticity to your skin, delaying wrinkles).

Fruits like tomatoes, red pepper, guava, watermelon, onions etc contain nutrients which offer protection from the damaging rays of the sun and also reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer.

Cabbage, spinach, red grapes and bananas are also sources which provide great benefits for your skin.

So, dig into your fruits!!
