Author’s Interview

Question 1: Pitch your books to us (maximum of 100 words).

Painfully Broken Yet Beautifully Redeemed gives practical guidance to help break the Destruction of the cycle of Grief and Faith. This book is a true story of the life of the writer and her family. It begins with what was a Non-faith-based approach to how she handled the Grief of her stepson Jacob’s murder, which was one of the roots of destruction in the home. Angela then explains a Biblical version of the same grief when she got the opportunity to have what she calls a ‘Do-Over’ when she loses yet another child named Jarred just 2091 days later.

Question 2: What inspired you to write your book?

I was inspired to never make the same mistakes I did when Jacob passed away. Once I realized how destructive I had become and what I actually was inflicting on my family I had to make a change when Jarred passed away. I lost so much more when Jacob died due to how I handled the situation. When Jarred passed away it was quite different. I was told I should put it into  print to help others, so that’s what I did.

Question 3: Who is your book for?

It is really for anyone who is struggling with grief and faith. I have also had feedback that people have benefited from reading it who felt like they needed to enhance their relationship with Christ. I think everyone could benefit from something in the book.

Question 4: What do you hope the book will achieve?

To reach as many people as possible and share my boys’ stories to help others grow in their faith learn to have a peaceful journey of grief.

Question 5: Where can potential readers buy or download your book?

From a few places, if they want a personalized book they can order directly from my webpage, or it is available on all other platforms like amazon, B and N and as well.

I have many, I love all things Jamie McGuire, I love Jasinda Wilder, I also love to read non fiction books on Christianity and faith.

Question 8: Writing a book is a significant achievement. Do you have any tips for people who may want to write a book?

Have thick skin, it’s a tough world, treat publishing the book as a ministry and don’t expect the same in return. I like to support new authors and share their work. Many Authors wont. Always help a new author out.

Question 9: Are you working on another project people should look out for in the future?

I am working on my second book called From darkness to light, which is my story  of how I moved from a life of witchcraft and Wicca to being a Christian and following Christ, then after that I will be writing a Devotional for Grieving parents.
