Great Nigeria

There is no doubt, Nigeria is a Great Nation, but the question one would ask is, if we are so “great” why then do we have so many problems that do not seem to go away? My reply to that question would be, this is part of our “greatness”

There is no successful business man who has not had a rough ride to his success. Yes failure sounds ugly to the ears, but show me a man who hasn’t failed ones, and i would show you a man who can’t maintain success.

Most Nigerians and even Non-Nigerians dwell more on what isn’t working in the country and the fact that things don’t seem to be getting any better for 53 years, but we all need to know that, Transformation can only be experienced by taking responsibility.

Today i have seen lots of comments, insulting Nigeria, but we all need to remember, “Nigeria” is the name “We” are the country that make up Nigeria, playing the blame game, were the citizens blame the Government and the Government in turn blame the citizens, it won’t get us anywhere, we all must look inwards, before you mock your country, ask yourself what have you done to better this Nation?

We all must be how we want this country to be, if we all don’t offer bribes, there would be nobody to collect them and if we all don’t collect bribes, there would be no one to give them, be the perfect role model.

Let me conclude this way by saying, Let him who is without sin, cast the first stone, Nigeria will change for good! Let us the Nigerians change our attitude, approach, confession and action. Even you can lead the change! Lead it in your family, lead it in your work place, lead it in your neighbourhood, lead it in your school, lead it in your street and lead it in your own life.

Be the change you desire! You are unstoppable! God bless you and God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Happy 53rd Independence!
