You must cleanse condition, moisturize, and seal. If you find products that fit these criteria, and your hair enjoys them, you have won half the battle.

Be Healthy

Nourishment comes from the inside and the results are seen outside. It does not matter how many expensive products you use for your hair, if your body is not healthy, they will not help. Be sure to drink plenty of water, eat lots of healthy fruits and vegetables. Stay away from junk food, and get plenty of exercise. These simple changes could make a significant difference in the health of your hair.
